1.) What if my order shows delivered but not received to me?

Answer :- Our website will look into this matter and revert within 72 working hours. If we receive any PROOF OF DELIVERY for e.g. say your sign or any OTP verification we will share the details with you. 

2.) What if my order is not received within the mentioned time period on the website?

Answer :- This can be a case also of unexpected delays by courier or vehicle breakdowns and multiple reasons. Buyers usually confuse working days with holidays and weekends as well. You don't get your parcel on holidays and national holidays. In such case, you have to wait for 72 wokring hours before we check and verify with courier company. As we don't have our personal logistics company so this can be time taking as courier companies have to verify and get back to us.

3.) What if my payment is deducted but I haven't received any order confirmation on mail?

Answer :- Payment failures can be an issue depending upon which payment methods are you using.

Our system is designed to make sure that we don't miss out on sending order confirmations on mail as soon as the payment is received in our portal. In case you haven't received any email from us regarding your order confirmation, you can always feel free to reach out ot us on mail. 

You can share a screenshot of payments done on the website but no confirmation received. Sometimes payments are shown on to be on hold due to technical issues. Our team can check and revert during working hours on mail.
